Wholesale and catering

About twenty restaurants, coffee shops and a hotel in Tampa serve our bread. We would like to bake for yours.

Wholesale

Standing orders are placed by Thursday for the following week, with changes until 6 pm the day before. We deliver Tuesday through Sunday before 7 am in our own van to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater; a 60 dollar minimum per delivery. Wholesale pricing runs about 30 percent under the counter price, invoiced weekly, net 14. Par-baked loaves are available for restaurants that want to finish bread in their own ovens.

Catering

Brunch boards, bread baskets and pastry trays for 10 to 150 people. A board for 12 is 95 dollars; a pastry tray of 24 is 84 dollars. Order a week ahead; pick up at the shop or have us deliver and set up for 45 dollars within Tampa.

Markets

Saturday 8 am to 1 pm at the Hyde Park Village market, Sunday 9 am to 1 pm at the Seminole Heights market. The market table carries bread, pastries and pickles, and takes cards.
