Delivery and pickup

Three ways to get parts from our shelves to your hands: pick up at the counter, have us deliver the same day, or let us ship.

Counter pickup

Order online or by phone and collect at 4120 W Kennedy Blvd. Most orders are ready within the hour during business hours; we text you when they are. Parking is in the lot behind the building, off Lois Avenue.

Same-day local delivery

We deliver across Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Carrollwood, Westchase, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Largo in our own vans. Orders placed before 2 pm arrive the same day; later orders arrive the next morning. Delivery is 15 dollars, free on orders over 250 dollars. Refrigerant and large equipment are delivered only, never shipped.

Shipping

Filters, thermostats, drain tablets and small parts ship by ground to any address in Florida, usually two days. Shipping is 9 dollars, free over 100 dollars. We do not ship outside Florida.

Returns

Unopened parts come back within 30 days with a receipt for a full refund at the counter. Opened electrical parts and refrigerant are not returnable. Warranty claims on parts we installed go through us, not the manufacturer; call and we will handle it.
