Contractor and wholesale accounts
About a third of what crosses our counter goes to other contractors and to property managers. A wholesale account gets you trade pricing, net-30 terms and a will-call shelf with your company's name on it.
Who qualifies
Licensed Florida HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors, property management companies with ten or more units, and facilities departments. Bring your license or a business tax receipt to the counter, or send them to office@acmehvac.example, and the account is open the same day.
Terms
| Pricing | Trade pricing on everything we stock, typically 15 to 30 percent under the counter price, and case pricing on filters, capacitors and contactors. |

| Will-call | Order by phone, text or online and your parts wait on a labeled shelf. The counter opens at 6:30 am for account holders, an hour before the public. |
| Delivery | Same-day delivery to the job site across Hillsborough and Pinellas for orders placed before 2 pm, free over 250 dollars. |
| Special order | Anything from Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman or Rheem that we do not stock, usually next business day. |
Case quantities
Filters are sold by the case of 12 to account holders. Capacitors and contactors come in cases of 10. Refrigerant is sold by the cylinder to EPA Section 608 certified buyers, with a core deposit on the cylinder that we refund on return.
